Italy loves its Gelato. One of the reasons why we have come to make Gelato as opposed to other forms of frozen desserts is that Gelato celebrates where it’s from. In Italy, there are regional variations for Gelato, but all that we have enjoyed have celebrated the bounty of Italy and its immediate area. That’s the attitude and goal for our Gelato company.
California is an awesome place. It’s also ridiculous the amount of stupidly good things the state produces. We want to celebrate the heck out of the produce and diverse personalities in our flavors. In general, we see California as a very raw or pure place but at the same time rugged. And we hope that’s reflected in our flavors.
